The Athletic Booster Club’s purpose is to support the development of athletic programs that match the caliber of the academic opportunities at Christ Episcopal School.
First and foremost, its purpose is to support our student-athletes and bolster school spirit by encouraging attendance and volunteer support at school athletic events. Providing our physical education teachers, coaches, and student-athletes with facilities that will best enable them to succeed is an ongoing goal.
The Athletic Booster Club is responsible for volunteer staffing the concessions stands and entry points during athletic events and sponsors a fishing rodeo, golf tournament, 5k run, and tennis tournament each year.
Funds raised by the Athletic Booster Club benefit students in every division and our athletic department. In past years, the Athletic Booster Club has purchased new mats for the cheer squad, customized Wildcat tents for our teams to use during events, a golf cart for the Athletic Department, and speed equipment for training, among other enhancements.
All parents are automatically members of the Wildcat Booster Club, and active participation is encouraged.

T-shirt Contest Details
We would love for our students to participate in the King Cake 5K t-shirt artwork contest. For past events, our students have created amazing work around such themes as children running on a king cake track or a personified king cake running in a race. Art submissions should reflect such themes as family, running, Mardi Gras, and/or king cake.
To enter, students should submit artwork to their homeroom teacher/cohort teacher by the January 11 deadline. Winner will be announced in the January 16 Go Home!
Artwork can be drawn on an 8.5″ X 11″ white sheet of computer paper, and up to 4 colors can be used. Artist name should be written on the back of the artwork.
