Additional fees separate from above, including but not limited to school supplies, transportation, lunch, milk, novel and athletic participation, may be assessed per student.


Tuition fees can be paid as follows:

Option 1:
Annual payment option paid directly to Christ Episcopal School by July 1, 2018. (Cash, check or credit card) A 3% convenience fee will be assessed for all credit card transactions made directly to CES.

Option 2:
Two payment option – Must enroll in the Facts Management Tuition Program (FACTS). ** (60% due July 1, 2018, and 40% due November 1, 2018)

Fees associated with this option are as follows:

  • Processing Fee to CES $30.00 per student
  • Enrollment Fee to FACTS $10.00 per family
  • Credit Card Fee for FACTS 2.85%

Option 3:
Monthly payments through FACTS beginning July, 2018, through April, 2019. (Payments can be made on the 5th or 20th of each month)

Fees associated with this option are as follows:

  • Processing Fee to CES $150.00 per student
  • Enrollment Fee to FACTS $45.00 per family
  • Credit Card Fee for FACTS 2.85%

If you have elected Option 2 or Option 3, you must be registered with FACTS no later than June 1, 2018, or a $50.00 late fee will be added to your account for each month that you are not registered with FACTS.

Dewar Tuition Refund Plan
Insurance premium for tuition refund plan is 2.8% of tuition and is due to CES with first tuition payment, but in no case, later than the first day of classes. This amount cannot be paid through FACTS, as it is remitted by CES directly to DEWARS within two weeks of the start of school. See brochure for details.

Financial Aid
If you are requesting Financial Aid, you must go online to FACTS and submit your financial aid application by February 9, 2018. The Financial Aid Enrollment Deposit is $200.00 per student. See brochure for details.
