Welcome to the Christ Episcopal School's Lower School We are nestled on a spacious, picturesque campus with classroom space tucked between and around flowers and trees, children’s artwork, a barn, and an outdoor chapel. While the Lower School is home to children in the 1st through 4th grades, we are part of a larger school community which services grades 5-9 on the same campus and pre-kindergarten and kindergarten children on a separate campus. The early elementary years are an enchanting time as children grow into themselves and begin to gain the confidence and competence to succeed socially, emotionally and academically. Whether it be on an imaginary world tour exploring customs, cultures, and celebrations of various countries or simply discovering the wonders of sand dumped on our own playground, children are encouraged to explore, question, build, question again and reconstruct their understandings so as to become empowered to become life long learners.
