Printer friendly page Tuition and Financial Aid How much is your annual tuition? For the 2008 - 2009 academic year the tuition is: | Pre-Kindergarten | $5,600 | | Kindergarten through 7th Grade | $6,850 | | 8th Grade | $7,200 |
In addition to the tuition, each family is also assessed a $400 building fee. When is tuition due? New students are issued an Enrollment Contract. The non-refundable registration fee in the amount of $350 and the signed contract are due two weeks after the date of the acceptance letter. The signed contract and $350 deposit guarantee the applicant a place in the next year's class. Parental obligation for the upcoming year's tuition is irrevocable effective June 15 unless prior to that date the school is notified in writing of the withdrawal of the student. What are the payment options? The school offers a variety of payment options in order to make tuition payment more flexible and affordable for families. See the payment plan page for more details. The $350 registration fee is applied to the tuition balance due. Do you offer financial aid? Financial aid is awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need. The school uses the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, New Jersey as a means of obtaining an objective analysis of each family's financial need. Families wishing to apply for financial aid should indicate that on the back of the application for admission. For students applying for financial aid, the registration fee is $150. The necessary paperwork with complete instructions will be mailed in January or application can be made online at www.nais.org/financialaid/sss. You need to click "SSS ONLINE". All deadlines must be adhered to, as financial aid is available on a limited basis. No student will be awarded in excess of 50% of the total tuition. All consideration of financial aid is kept confidential and does not affect how a student is considered in the application process. Students who receive financial aid are required to re-apply each year. Renewal of aid is based on proof of continued financial need. In the case of divorced or separated parents, the incomes of both biological parents and stepparents are considered. Admittance does not guarantee financial aid. ←Back to top
