Fundraising

  • Sally Foster: This simple but effective fundraiser begins in early fall. We sell and distribute high quality gift-wrap. The school gets a large percent of the profits.
  • Cuisiine to Geaux: A one day sale of prepared goods, fresh food and homemade treats. Take the night off from cooking and come by dinner from CESPA. Usually on Parent Teacher Conference Day.
  • Christmas Greens and Poinsettias:: A wonderful selection of holiday greens and beautiful poinsettias are offered to the school body in early October, with delivery completed prior to the holidays in late November.
  • Art at the Park (AATP) : CESPA's biggest fundraiser for the school; the single most important element of this event is our focus on enriching our children's lives through creativity. It is a HUGE undertaking and requires the support of the entire school community. The Children's Art Projects are done in conjunction with AATP. CESPA coordinates the creation and implementation of original student art works that are used to raise funds. Volunteers plan the project and timetable each year with the school art teachers and classroom teachers. The artwork is auctioned off at the Art at the Park Party.  The theme for AATP 2009 is "AATP Goes West". Learn more about AATP 2009 by clicking here.
  • Friday, April 3rd, 2009 : AATP Box Parade and Fun Run at CBC and AATP Party at 7 p.m. at CBC
    Saturday, April  4th , 2009:  Children's Activities from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
